No TV? Maybe this will help

Fix #1

  1. Check Connections. Typically you’re looking for and HDMI cable.
  2. Ensure the cable is snugly plugged in to both the television and the source (cable box, bluray, game system, video matrix ect)

Assuming the cables are all connected, typically, a “Hard Reset” will fix the issue with any Audio or Video. Simply unplug the TV and or the component from the unit itself, NOT FROM THE WALL, wait 3 to 5 minutes and plug back in.
