Sekisui House Unveils Concept Home – Las Vegas

Partnering with Japan's largest home building company, Sekisui House, this Concept Home is a gem.

Alongside with its wholly-owned subsidiary U.S. builder Woodside Homes, multiple technologies are integrated to make the the Chōwa Concept Home sustainable, simple to use, and advanced technology reporting to ensure it stays that way.

The project showcases Sekisui House's proprietary design and construction systems and techniques that are unlike any the U.S. home building industry has ever used.

Integration with 21 systems is no easy task in this stylish and sleek build.

The home measures in at a robust 5,501 square feet and is listed for $7.9 million. Each piece of the foundation and framing traveled 4,766 nautical miles across the Pacific Ocean in one of 22 shipping containers from Japan.
